Our France Team

Aurélie Lescarret joined Incyte Biosciences France (formerly ARIAD France) in 2013 as Director of Sales and Marketing. She now holds the position of Director of Operations, including the management of sales, marketing, operations and administration. Aurélie has twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly in the field of onco-hematology as Product Manager at Schering AG, Genzyme and Boehringer Ingelheim. Aurélie holds a master's degree in neuroscience and cell biology from the University of Bordeaux 2, a diploma from the IAE of Bordeaux and a master's degree in marketing from INSEEC Paris.

Blandine Croizat is a lawyer specializing in business and health law In May 2022, she joined Incyte Biosciences France as Director of Legal Affairs for France and Benelux She has worked for more than 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry and has previously evolved within several pharmaceutical groups of different sizes. Blandine is committed, with the support of the France and Europe team, to ensuring the proper conduct of activities from a legal and compliance point of view. Blandine holds a master's degree in business law, a master's degree in intellectual property law and an LL.M. in business law.

Stéphane Couderc joined Incyte Biosciences France in January 2018, as Head Pharmacist. Trained as a pharmacist, Stéphane Couderc has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 25 years. After a first part of his career in analytical development or quality control, Stéphane turned to positions of responsibility in operating pharmaceutical laboratories.

Patricia Desjardins joined Incyte Biosciences France in 2019 as Medical Director. Patricia has twenty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, mainly in the field of onco-hematology, having held various positions at Roche & Abbevie, then more recently as Director of Oncology Medical Affairs and finally Director of New Products and Medical Excellence at Celgene. Patricia holds a doctorate in pharmacy and a doctorate in medicine.
